How do I play Lexi-Emoji?
Each puzzle shows you a sequence of emojis that represent a hidden word or phrase. Your goal is to figure out what word the emojis describe and type it in. Think creatively — the connection might be literal, phonetic, or symbolic!
What are coins and how do I earn them?
Coins are the in-game currency used to purchase hints when you're stuck on a puzzle. You earn coins by correctly solving puzzles. You can also purchase additional coin packs through in-app purchases at any time.
What do hints do?
Hints help you when you're stuck! You can use them to reveal a letter in the answer, helping you figure out the rest of the word. Different hint types cost different amounts of coins.
I made an in-app purchase but didn't receive my coins.
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the coins still haven't appeared, please contact us at support@toeflgeek.com with your order receipt (from the App Store or Google Play) and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Can I get a refund for in-app purchases?
Lexi-Emoji does not issue direct refunds, as all purchases are processed by Apple or Google. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support (for iOS) or Google Play Support (for Android) directly through their respective platforms.
Does Lexi-Emoji work offline?
Yes! You can play Lexi-Emoji offline. No internet connection is required to enjoy the game. However, some features (such as verifying in-app purchases) may require a connection.
My progress was lost / the game reset. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Game progress is stored locally on your device. If you uninstalled the app or cleared app data, progress may not be recoverable. Please contact us at support@toeflgeek.com and we'll do our best to help.
How do I delete my account and data?
Since Lexi-Emoji doesn't require you to create an account, there is no account to delete. Any locally stored data can be cleared by uninstalling the app. If you have other data concerns, please email us at support@toeflgeek.com.
The app is crashing / I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us at support@toeflgeek.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and your operating system version. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful too!
Is Lexi-Emoji free to play?
Yes! Lexi-Emoji is completely free to download and play. The game includes optional in-app purchases for extra coin packs if you'd like extra hints, but you can enjoy the full game experience without spending anything.
